Bookings made through our website are non-refundable. Once you have booked a rental bike, the booking is final and cannot be canceled, nor will a refund be issued.

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

1. We are unable to provide a vehicle.
2. The vehicle is not in proper working condition (e.g., issues with the engine or self-start). In these cases, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

No other cancellation or refund requests will be entertained. However, in rare cases where a refund is requested despite meeting the above conditions, we may offer a voucher for a free ride on your next booking.
